Since the start of Lockdown 1 in the UK I've ditched my bike and got back into running in a big way, culminating in a half marathon this weekend just gone where I smashed my own PB. This mix was recorded as a custom soundtrack to get me through the race, five years after my last Rapid Transit set. The previous entries in the series are still some of my most popular-ever mixes on Soundcloud, so I hope this one keeps the quality level as high.

| No way I can possibly resist with a tracklist like that. In for sure. |

| Darn you Jack Moss for nicking a couple of my own tracklist ideas for mixes I intend to record soon, but apart from that: hard agree with punk and zip, this looks very good indeed. Looking forward to giving it a proper listen. |

Yeah, 01:42:15, which I was very pleased with, as I was running in 25C heat. From what you've been posting in the COR, it sounds like you've uncovered some previously untapped athlete genes, so you may well consider this a sluggish effort. |

| Looking forward listening to this. But can someone tell me how I can d/l this to my iPhone 8 Plus. There is no d/l arrow on the SoundCloud page. Right now I don’t have access to my pc now and I would like to have this on my phone. Thx |

| I hate Apple with a passion so I'm afraid I don't know how to help on that one. Downloads are definitely enabled though. |

No way to download files on an iphone unfortunately. Only way to listen offline is to subscribe to SoundCloud's Go+ plan, which enables offline listening by downloading the music to some hidden folder. Sucks really, but this is how Apple rolls (and the reason why many still prefer Android phones I guess). |

I haven't much to say by way of criticism... obviously the mixing and the track selection are great - the mix is a nice contribution to the pump prog canon indeed and I'll probably happily give it another listen in due time.
Just a few random thoughts... I really enjoyed the transition into Slide. There are others I enjoyed very much too but this one caught my ear especially. It's interesting that you chose to include this particular Revolt track. I could've sworn I encountered it in at least one other TA's mix as well previously but I could be mistaken. I've been playlisting it myself recently but for some reason I hadn't much recollection of it from back in the day at all as opposed to several other of Arno Asmus's tracks (Freighttrain notably, of course). The part of the mix that begins with the Loveclub track and a couple of tracks following was my least favourite bit. They are nice enough tracks in their own right but I didn't "feel" this part as much as the remainder of the mix. But not really for any particular reason other than them not entirely fitting the flow I was getting out of the mix. Bonus points for including the Lemon8 remix, of course - such a great track.
Anyway: nice one! |

Cheers! I've played Dive Into The Deep in one of my modern sets a few years ago, at a much slower tempo than here, so maybe that's where you heard it.
I tried to deliberately shake up the flow a little bit with the Loveclub track. I had done another version of this mix with yet another Evolution banger in that place and it all started to sound a bit samey, so I did it again with more of a swerve in the vibe. Maybe you'd have preferred the original - who knows? |
