Unknown track (Electro/Progressive Trance?)?

Hi, I need help in identifying this track. Sadly I don't know anything about it as the op didn't provide any info, but I do know it was posted in Oct 2011 and that it sounds 2010 or maybe 2000s-ish, maybe Electro or Progressive Trance but not sure.
The lyrics of the sample I have are:
"When I'm feeling down
You pick me up
When I'm feeling sad
You wake me up
When I'm feeling lonely
You scream to get up (not sure of the last bit of that line)
When I'm feeling blue
I can count on you".
Please ignore the trackname, it is probably a placeholder and may not be the actual title of the song.
