He's has been saying he likes ambient a lot, but misuses his title of being a Trance DJ frequently, even at A.S.O.T.

His new one he played at A.S.O.T. 1034. That says enough I think.
At Pinkpop Festival here last time he said:"Are you ready for A.S.O.T?" And then played a terrible set and people went home thinking they listened to trance.
He easily could have used an alias for his entertainer role or just for acting as Trance DJ or producer, but this is way too confusing.
I respect Tiesto for being much more clear when he said he left trance.

Yeah I see a case here. Just like Swamper said, it has many elements to it with cool layers and sounds just like Netherworld.

Simon Noble, Breeder, also was half of Stonk I just read in Darren's comment at his video, I never noticed that. Their remix also is my top list ever: Tenth Chapter - Wired (The Stonk Remix) (1995)

This video is misleading with the Hooj Choons picture but it's the Tranceportation Original Mix.
This is what I meant when I asked what is Hooj's legacy. They re-released a lot of tracks and may have made it more popular, but it was originally released on another label.
And there I am in that thread talking about hearing The Chain on a Funktion One. We're basically just repeating the same ten posts ad infinitum.
