Not a fan of the Cercle cirus or any events of similar nature. Guess I'm getting old, but it's transformed the scene and what punters expect at parties. It's also not very environmentally friendly.
Also, I love planes. I'm a bit obsessed with them, actually. But I can't see myself attending a party like this and not thinking it's cringe.
What can I say, I still prefer a dark and sweaty room rather than a bright and flashy production.
Just listened to the set though. Really liking Leger's Extassy record. Will def keep my ear out for that release.

Only became intereted in his radioshows recently. I like his style, and wouldn't mind seeing him live.

I love some dark ass, low ceiling, sweaty warehouse party more than anyone. But man, I am old, and done way too many drugs to hang on those nights much these days
Give me the Open Air day parties that end at 8pm any day of the week

one thing i appreciate about his shows is that you can go to one, and not feel old, because there will always be someone there with greyer hair than you.

I've noticed he plays huge massive open to close sets in South America. Something you'd see Armin or Guetta playing in the states. Wild that he's that popular there, let alone that style of prog house still draws that many people
I was at an event at this venue earlier this year. . I love to dance and this weekend was the best in my life. All 5 hours the first night and 8 1/2 of the 9 hours on the second night . It was a dancers dream. I love that he programs so you can dance for hours.

Cattaneo can blow a room to pieces, especially when he has a shorter peak time set. On a good system some of the driving prog he plays sounds monstrous.
I would agree that the early evening stuff he plays can be very ploddy, but he definitely doesn't stay in one gear all night.
When he plays that slower tempo stuff he is essentially doing his own warmup for the longer sets of 7 hours or more. the longest I have seem him play is 13hours at Stereo :) He plays like that for us to keep dancing :toocool::toocool::toocool:
