here is some more information for you crazy tiesto lovers - i took this from another board:
"called The world up to confirm that Tiesto is playing there for NYE and he is def. playing and tickets will go on sale next week. But what is really F up is that The world is 21 and over and the Advanced Tickets start at $250, then $300 and finally $400. "

WHAT......thats is BULL...noway am i paying 250 for World....i cant beleive this....if this is the case i am not going.....and i bet ALOT of Tiesto heads can't afford that.......so let Tiesto play that night for bunch of tourists.:whip: |

WE ARE GETTING RIPPED OFFFFFFFF…..
I went over to the UK forum and asked what they payed last New Years Eve at The Dome for Tiesto “AND” Ferry Corsten and a few other good DJs…..AND THEY ONLY PAYED AROUND $70……
How the hell do we get charged 200 dollars more then them…whne they had a BETTER line up AND a better venue…

| GEEZ! that's in' expensive....i didn't think there would be anything like that even if it is NYC. that's just nuts...i honestly wonder what kind of people would shell out that kind of money. i wonder if even tiesto knows that tickets are going for that rate.... |

Thats exactly why I'm considering going to Qontact in Amsterdam. Why pay that much for just Tiesto, when I can pay 45 euros to see Marco V, Johan Gielen, Rank 1, Jon the Dentist, Astrid, and Bas en Ram. Sure, its another 300$ for a plane ticket and 500$ for a hotel, but it would be so worth it. |

People, Tiesto sucked last time i saw him (@ Space in MIa)
BUT look, ITs in Time Square so yeah your gonna get the value of tourists, jesus what a crazy thought seeing the ball drop then walking into Tiesto staring on the Decks.
Also if its 21 and older I BET You its Open Bar all night and he will probably spin for 6 to 10 hrs, Midnight on. I know he has become cocky but world, tiesto and his managment have something planned. Trust ME |

So do I:gsmile: Still havent decided if I'm going to do it. I cant find a ticket that will let me go from only 4 days for under 1500$, if I stay for a week, the price drops to 300$, but I dont want to stay for a whole week. Just want to party and come home. |
