Unknown Trance ID 2000 - Oakenfold Acetate

A track ID from the year 2000, nice trancer with a pretty similar chord progression as Seven Cities, slightly different at the last chord... Sometimes credited as the V-One Dub of that track, but Laurent/V-One denied this yesterday.
Who solves the mystery?

| Tijs got it from Oakenfold as an acetate vinyl, so that's going to make it extra hard to find it like the China '99 Oakey one.. |
