I've been playing some tunes and streaming it using Livesets.com. It turns out that they record everything you stream and you can choose to publish it. For some reason, tho, I got a 4 hour recording with every time I've played (and even just tested the stream on my devices) squished into the same glitchy recording. It's a mess. However, I listened to it and some parts aren't bad at all and I thought they warranted recording again, so here we go. Funky house and techno from beginning to end, based on a previous set, mixed and recorded all in one go. :D
01. Anton Zap - Spain [Uzuri]
02. Lowtec - Meandyou.dub [Smallville]
03. Ion Ludwig - West [Unreleased]
04. Justus Köhncke - Advance [Kompakt]
05. Two Armadillos - Phantom [Two Armadillos]
06. Peace Division - Hold It [8-Bit]
07. Thor - Aliens Don’t Boogie (Octal Industries Goes Deep Remix) [Thule]
08. Reinhard Voigt - Supertiel [Kompakt]
09. Plusminusklang - Jenna’s Melody In Love (Solar & Poppcke Remix)
10. Jerome Sydenham, Tiger Stripes - Elevation (Ink & Needle Remix) [Ibadan]
11. Chasing Kurt - Running, Searching (Michael Gracioppo Remix) [Innervisions]
12. Runaway - The Fire Below (The Revenge Remix) [On The Prowl]
13. Nail - Together [Robsoul]
14. Dan Shake - Freak [Shake]
15. Ben Klock - Sean [Klockworks]
16. Floorpan - Never Grow Old (Re-Plant) [M-Plant] |

| Sorry for taking so long to reply, lol. Also, did you have a chance to listen to it yet? |

Overall a decent effort. I felt like there were some areas that you set yourself up really well to increase the energy but held back. Good selection of tunes from different eras which is nice to hear. Would like to hear some more in the future if you're up for it.
It was nice to discover Anton Zap who I'd never heard of before. He has quite a strong discography with lots of dancefloor friendly tracks. Good stuff. |

Thanks for listening and commenting! :gsmile: Do you mind me asking where do you think I could've increased the energy instead of holding back?
Yeah, Anton Zap has some really good stuff. I think he plays with the line between deep house and dub techno really well Like here, for example. I recommend checking out Quintessentials' discography if you like that sound. :)
And yeah, I should have a new mix up in a few weeks. :p
Thanks again for listening. |

Sorry for the late reply.
As it pertains to the mix, I thought there was a noticeable drop around the Thor into Voight tracks. Specifically around the 40-1hr6min mark it was really a slowed-down vibe given how well the first 30 mins built itself. Just my 2 cents though; Im sure some others will prefer the mix going more soulful and will totally disagree with me. The mixing itself is really good so please dont take it as a knock on your technical ability.
Looking forward to the next one mate. :) |

Thanks! I really appreciate this kind of feedback because it gives me an idea of how different people perceive the same music. Like that part you mentioned, for example. My intention was to slow down a bit, and then to start building up again until the end, but I guess I may have slowed down for too long, lol.
