I did a search for threads about this topic on google but couldn't find them. Couple months ago i started to d/l them. There is tons of them out there.
So far my favourite ones are Pascal & Sven Vath 1994 sets. Incredible techno trance in them.
Can you recommend other good ones. These sets are timeless

I don't know too much about it - I believe it was a radio show in Germany? - but I know it spawned a series of mix CDs as a spin off.
The Pascal FEOS one from 2001 is an absolute gem. CD1 in particular is one of the deepest techno sets I've ever heard while still never being anything less than danceable. I only know it exists because my ex was Polish and she used to play it when we were on the comedown after a heavy night out. When we broke up she bought me a copy for my birthday as one of those "Deliberately make you sad" break up presents, and it did the job she intended.
