I always enjoyed the Hi-Gate tracks that Jules and Masterson made, along with some of the stuff on their Closet records label. They were always unique tracks but I never really see them on classic trance pages or anything like that. There were a few I could not fit into this mix and have it make sense. The Clergy - Oboe Song for example, Hi-Gate - Hurricane & I Can Hear Voices. All great tracks but just did not fit the flow of this one.

I finally listened to this after bookmarking ages ago; thank you for an enjoyable mix.
Jules’ productions always resonated for me, hitting that sweet spot between Trance, Tech-Trance and Hard Trance.
The opener stands out from this mix. During the 2000s I was always ambivalent about Caned & Unable util I heard Jules drop it at a Gatecrasher Reunion circa 2016, now it’s one of my absolute favourites.
