Since recent years, a number of big artists inside Trance and "Business Techno" Peak Time or whatever is called are making tracks with 303 sounds on them. Some are just a part of the track, some others are the main sound, i'm thinking of this "Acid Traxxx" by Paul van Dyk, Phuture and Dj Pierre from the last year.
Not necessarily a bad thing, but definitely didn't expect this trend, on the EDM of today full of pop vocals and other things.
Next trend, hoover sound?

Ha,just the other day I was thinking whether hoover sounds are due for a comback soon
But yeah, as an old crusty 303 fan it has definitely been nice to see the sound make a comeback the past couple of years

I am all here for the 90s rave comeback which also featured a lot of 303 sounds

They don't really make acid anymore like they did in the early 90's, though. But perhaps that will change, given all the relatively cheap Behringer clones.
