People think the Luke Chable remix of Two Full Moons & A Trout is , but I think it's decent. The original mix will always be one of the defining trance tunes.

It's still getting used today in tracks aiming for that '90s sound, for example Clint - Exposphere:
It was probably a preset on a keyboard back then, similar to how the shakuhachi (Japanese bamboo flute) sound you heard in a lot of early '90s tracks, such as Golden Girls - Kinetic, was a preset sound on the Nord Stage 3.

good guess. actually maybe none of the tracks before, but that aloof remix of blind faith sounded familiar. perhaps I was thinking of aloof - on a mission instead, a completely different track.
