SPANIARD I can't really comment on how this compares to contemporary uplifting trance as it's been almost 2 decades since I departed from the Trance cracker nation. To note something positive, it does seem like the people in the studio are really enjoying themselves which you can't say for every form of musical gathering nowadays.
