ok, this doesnt work for cds as much, cuz they're readily avaliable...
but for vinyl, when your online lookin for new tunes, imo, it seems like some weeks, theres so much new stuff u want...then it goes quiet, and theres almost nothing new you want to pick up...and then comes another wave a few weeks later. |

| i would say it is more noticeable locally, but this is generally due to producer-djs being away having gigs, unable to produce, also labels also like to release stuff on certain dates etc. but it does fluctuate like everything. |

Hey,
i totally agree. I would every week go down to central station records (the record store that i go to) and i would see like 20 records that i want! but due to money couldnt have. Well i would eventually get all i could. But sometimes i would go in with heaps of money and come out with nothing, like there were no tracks that interested me. Also for the internet. I would check the charts and reviews out and there would be a kind of dead zone, nothing moving nothing changing. Mmmmm i suppose it could be because of the record labels, or it could be just us! |
