Who pre-released ligaya?

from what i know:
ligaya was completed and then sent out to 50 lucky DJs. About a week later, a group was able to grab a copy of ligaya, but off who? I've heard it came from Kid Vicious, but i don't know if he is even a DJ. Anyone help? |

| It could have been anyone ... people like Pete Tong would get copies but because it's the kind of thing they never play they sell them on ... hence people with connections get their hands on these kind of things before they'd generally be promo'd. |

quite funny. First getting money for his Punk remix and then he makes it possible for groups to relase the track ;)
I was wondering the same, I thought Ferry was sending this promo just to DJs he knows well or does trust them.... |
