This is a Solarstone interview taken from the Gatecrasher site before their upcoming debut on the decks on Nov 30th

Most interesting are the upcoming productions they have in the pipeline including new mixes of Solarcoaster (Yes) and a new tune called Release.

Enjoy:D

1) Vital statistics: age, height, eye colour, marital status, weight, where are they from?
All late twenties (honest!) Rich is small, Andy is medium and Dom is large. Andy and Dom are from the Birmingham area and Rich is a Welsh/Irish hybrid.

2) You are well known for your production & you’re playing your debut at GC on Nov 30:
a) are you nervous?
More excited, it's been a long time coming.. it's the perfect place to do our major debut as our tracks have been hammered at Gatecrasher since day one..we love the same music that the crowd love so it should be cool.

b) what can we be expecting? any new production to get its debut too?
We'll be playing quality trance and a few exclusive Solarstone/Deepblue productions and remixes. We're flying the trance flag high at the moment. There's some brilliant music around.

What are your plans for next year?
DJ-wise?
We're still dipping our toes in, a few select gigs in the UK and Europe
Production-wise?
Lots of new stuff in various guises. There's several new Solarstone tracks including 'Release', the Young Parisians Project 'You write the Rules' on our Deepblue label, new mixes of Elizabeth Fields 'Speak in Sympathy' and a couple of creative collaborations which will be good including the Z2 vs Dom Farrington 'Herbgrinder'. 'Solarcoaster' is out with new mixes soon on Lost Language, and we'll be launching a new breaks label....we're lovin' it all at the moment. Hopefully at some point we'll compile a 'Best Of...' kinda thing including all the chill-out ambient stuff we've done over the last couple of years.

Do you go clubbing? Where do you go?
Dom rinses it at Atomic Jam in Birmingham, Andy and Rich like to go out in secret and spy on DJ's playing their records. We've been meaning to get to 'Elements' for months but have been chained to our soundcard. We've preferred to remain a bit anonymous for the last 7 years and concentrate on production but the tide seems to be turning...
