| growing up i was an ugly duckling, but as the years progressed i looked better and better, grew taller (195cm) worked out, and am very proud with what i have achieved, i get looks all the time. So you can change yourself, you just have to be determined and confident. |

it's pretty normal considering human psychology, to not be satisfied with one's physical appearance.
I've never really been concerned with how I look.. either people will find me attractive, ugly, or somewhere inbetween, and how they see me is THIER problem. :tongue2

it's pretty normal considering human psychology, to not be satisfied with one's physical appearance.
I've never really been concerned with how I look.. either people will find me attractive, ugly, or somewhere inbetween, and how they see me is THIER problem. :tongue2
I've got better things to worry about than my physical appearance :gsmile:

| I always feel that I am physically inadequate but not to the extent where I can actually be bothered to do something about it :) A good tip if you're feeling especially ugly is to watch Jerry Springer or indeed visit uglypeople.com! |

I have a tall blond friend that's stunningly beautiful. She's also boolimic. She thinks her perfect body is "physically inadequate?"
After looking at her and what she thinks about herself I thought

| I actually like the way I look however I do have one major problem! Let's just say growing older isn't all it's cracked up to be. I hate taking of my shirt to go swimming or anything as I have alot of pimples and stuff on my back and I hate it. I ing hate it. I actually like myself apart from them :( :( :( :( |

some people are more attractive than others, and some are less attractive then others. still, everyone should accept and love themselves for who they are. well, maybe..if over-weight then can exercise to get in shape and maybe feel better. that's what i did:D
