Is anybody here doing or graduated with an MBA?

Hey I'm just wondering whether anyone here is doing an MBA, or have already got his/hers MBA.
Just wondering whether the thing is worth it(i.e. does MBA immediately open doors to higher positions, does it increase your salary etc. etc.)
Any comments would be appreciated. Thank you ! |

| I'm currently doing my undergrad business at Western but I'm familiar with the MBA program and am friends with a number of MBAs...pm me if you'd like some more info. :) |

Durafei, I thought you were in comp sci? Holy drastic change. In my opinion if you can get your MBA (financially and mentally) then ing do it. You have nothing to lose, it will open massive doors. You aren't talking about some 'go nowhere' degree.
haha I just realized we might be talking about something else. Business Masters right?? hah I hope. There are people who have one yes, but it's not like some degree that everyone has. I have an older cousin who has one and it took her forever to get it, and she's a smart girl. I hope I helped even tho I think I just through you back two steps. meh! |

| MBAs in the USA are no longer getting recruited like before. IE alot of people had jobs sown up before graduating. Not the case anymore. It's definitely better to have one than not but it doesn't appear to be the ace in the hole that it used to be. |
