You can do this via an RCA, Master out on your mixer then get an an RCA to 1/8" TSR (headphone) jack adaptor from radio shack to plug it into your soundcard. If you are talking about hooking up your tts directly up to your computer without a mixer, you'll need other equipment (two soundcards capable of taking a phono in) in addition to mixing software.
