people dont want to listen to crap tunes like ligaya, they need to know important info like daylight savings. else they'll turn up to work an hour early or late or whatever :p

Notice that for almost all the Dutch live sets on Radio 538 it's the same MC? Someone should just shoot him and put him out of his misery..
The absolute worst I've ever heard is in Yves de Ruyter @ Live @ Decibal Outdoor. I quote: "Floating away on a cloud of ecstacy, where we stop nobody knows, but one's things for sure: it's the ultimate party trip, in the open, skies, of Bittermars Recreational Area. Behind the three wheels of steel, DJ Yves de Ruyter, kickin it live, live, live, live. *sings* Are you ready to flyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy-iyyyy-iyyy-iyy?" Then he stops singing and shuts up for about 30 secs. Then "Oh. Yes. You are now walking with the best."
Good set, but spoilt by the MC. Also during Tiesto @ Impulz 2002 - "If you're happy, and you love the Black Hole, you'll let them know, let them know..."

Tis funny in Tiesto @ Energy 2000 though, when the *same* MC gets completely  by Rank 1 - Airwave :) He's shouting some stupid about a new party that's happening next year, when the massive explosion of strings that is Airwave drowns him out completely! Man I laughed my ass off when i heard that the first time :D |

shouldnt a firm grasp of the english language be a pretty important pre-requiste for mcing especially at huge events. i think so.
