New Trance N' Bass Fan!

I just got a copy of the new mixmag that came with a trance and bass cd. I liked it a lot, its like wat drum and bass should sound like in my opinion but neway, i was wondering wat u guys think of this genre and wat are some must hear songs and who are the better djs in this genre, and how long has this been around?

Trance'n'bass is not a genre: it's just some liquid funk with trance elements (liquid funk may borrow elements from trance, house or bossa nova). This is brand new stuff, started last year, I guess. The best brit DJ? I don't know the nationality of most Dj's but here comes a few:

Trance and bass is just another "genre" that Ministry have come up with

I dont like the sound at all, it just seems like someone effort to put some life in to the dnb scence.
