awesome man. glad you had a great time. even though you think talla sucks the balls, i also had a great time at talla.
i remember i was addicted to digweed's kiss100 sets about 3 or 4 months ago. just couldn't get enough. if he ever comes back, i'll be sure to check him out. :) |

| Actually most ppl are misinformed imo. People say Sander Kleinenberg plays boring prog....he does with some sets on radio that I have heard but he owned when I saw him both times in toronto this year. Same with John Digweed, he may play very boring deep dark prog house on some sets on kiss100 and other mixes which I can't stand but when I saw him last night....he played bangin house, some prog but sorta ambiant sounding stuff, breaks, tech house, the works. I think that deejays tailor their sets depending on the place they play. I noticed that many deejays play hard here. |

| i find that's usually the case with music live. i mean, a while ago i thought trance was too slow to enjoy live, and i stuck to hard house/nrg for a bit. but after ferry and some local clubnights, i've found out otherwise. and at ferry, i was really enjoying seaman's set too. man, hearing diggie play all those different styles woulda been nice. but i'm sorry, talla was calling :p |

... I would totally not agree with you on this comment. The music was very uplifting and his set overall was very good. Plz don't flame this guy with such a y reputation cuz it's not true.. I do feel sorry, if you did not have a good time for some reason when everybody else did.. I hope next time will turn out much better for you :gsmile: |

mecha is juss a prog head at heart.. but we're all glad he came out to support the TA massive .. :D |

but it turns out that they putting stupid signs about progressive god Digweed in public, that really pissed me of ...

stop with this talla vs. digweed bull
ppl have different tastes. Sure, I want to see Digweed, but its 19+, and I didn't want to have to get fake ID and FOR MY FIRST PARTY. And I wanted to see Talla too!
I had a ton of fun @ Talla. Sure, there was a few cheese tunes, but Above & Beyond - Far In From Love destroyed me! So did Gouryella - Gouryella! I had a ing good time, and that's what counts.
And if ppl had a good time @ Digweed, GOOD! Everybody's havin' fun.
I didn't think the ' digweed' thing was the mature thing to do, but I still laughed cuz I was just having so much fun! |

| serious .. i would have wanted to see Digweed .. but just like Firestarter said in the Prog. vs. non-prog thread.. the likelihood of Talla coming back before Digweed is very slim .. so basically i had the opportunity to see Talla and i did. i think a lotta ppl here felt that way too, there's such a huge misconception all the time that it's always about trance vs. prog.. i think it's only that case for a small number of people which doesn't speak on behalf of all TOTA. |
