Viruses found, what should I do?

When I rebooted my computer this evening it took about 15 long painful minutes for Windows to load and when it did the date and time had been set back to 25/04/97 01:00 AM. So I ran my virus scan and found this:
A) What should I do?
B) Will this be anything serious?

Options:
-Get trojanhunter
-Get the name of the virus and d/l a removal tool at norton.com
-Look at google.com and search for ways to remove the trojans found |
