Programme to pitch up mp3s

hi everybody! i need a programme with witch i can adjust the percentage of the pitch rate of mp3s! i made a mix and want to increase the speed by 4%!
which programm would you recommend me? with mixmeister i can only change the bpm's not the percentage of the whole set.
bpm studio is a quite good programme but i don't know how to save pitched up wave files.
please help me! thanks in advance! |

I use a plugin from winamp.com, just search for "pitch" on the plug-in site.

| Any wave editor will do fine. Cool Edit, Steinberg Wavelab, Soundforge, etc. Just read the help files in each about bpm. |
