When you have a cold, does it seem harder to hear the beats?

I've had a cold now for over a week. I've been trying to spin but I can't really hear the beats as clear as I would if I didn't have a cold. It's like I have tunnel hearing, lucky for me I've never been "sick" for a gig. But does this ever happen to anyone?

Well, Havent happened to me, but I think that could be normal, since when i get a cold, it affects my ears, and even sometimes I cant hear some things... so.. just wait until ur cold get out and start mixing.

It's because your sinuses are filling up with cold fighting fluid. If you are horking up green stuff, then you have a bacterial infection. If it's white or clearn, then it's just a virus and will go away on it's own.
