Nick Warren - Global Underground - Reykjavik
GU024 is on its way....... at the end of the summer Nick Warren and the GU crew took a trip to Reykjavik, where they discovered the famous blue lagoon, drunk vodka and brennivin and happened upon a few elves. the elves, the gu crew and some icelandic locals went dancing, nick played records, came home and has put together a brilliant album to remember it by. The album will be due out end of January 2003 and you can expect something sonicly sumptuous. You'll be treated to tracks by the likes of Boards of Canada, Planet Funk, Global Communication, Jimmy Van M, Momu, Avatar and quite possibly some new unreleased and exclusive Way Out West material.

I also wasnt pleaeed with the mellow state if GU18. I hope he picks it up in his new one! True it was progressive, but boring none the less. IMO |
