Its a soundtrack to a mexican film called 'La Mano del Zurdo', written by PvD. ;) |

Had to put it off, didnt like it @ all. To soft for me! |
i really believe you have to keep in mind, this is made for a movie! its made to be played in the background of a scene when something is happening in the movie. so of course you can't have some wicked track that that's all that you can think about during an important scene in the movie.
and i think MOST people are forgetting that.
i think its so great because it WAS made for a movie. and it really does its job so well. i don't think pvd tried to steal attention from the movie to his tunes, i think he did exactly the opposite and (obviously i haven't seen the movie, and may never but) probably made the scenes better because of the music.
pvd has that emotion in his music that i don't feel in a lot of other people's music, and from hearing the soundtrack, i really feel that the music is just enhancing the emotion from the specific scenes in the movie where each track is played.
and that basically sums up why i love this ost so much :D |
