| Dont give up on drugs all togeather just take your time with them. Ive been doing esctacy about 10 months and i have never had more than 4 in one night! Take a break for a bit or just do them once a month or something. |

btw ste ket is alright in small dose's. The first time i tried ket i swore i would never do it again ever..
Its ok once every few months. Organise a smoke & ket sesh at a friends house when your not going clubbing, u can share some wierd trips with each other and when u come round u can smoke away the pain. |

ive taken ket quite a few times now, and its not really worth having dizzy spells and a comedown IMO. at first i thought it was coz i took too much 5htp, but this week i realised i was wrong.
ill prosbdo it again, but not for a long time, and if this 2-cb is what its made out to be, ill probs lay off the ket for good ;) |

If u inject ket mainline u will pass out before u can even pull the needle out. Best way to inject is to inject Intra-Muscular (into the musscle at the top of your arm) least that way it gives u time to find a comfy position before u enter the k-hole. Im not talking from experience like, i just find drug use a intresting topic!
