tech-house + garage (not 2-step!!!!)

I need some recommendations for both styles. I can't find any info on tech-house and all the garage I get is that bloody 2-step, even though I'm looking for the more housy thing :p So, could you guys help me out? :)

H-Foundation (Hipp-e & Halo) for tech-house, check out their Essential Mix from early 2002. I also higly recommend Terry Lee Brown Jr.! He's a very talented DJ and a producer (one of my favorites too), check out the Terry's Café series...
