webmeister, or for anyone else who could help me for that matter, how do you go about ripping sets off the radio! in partcular nova... help is appreciated!
p.s congratulations waXology, im sure it will be a killer of a set! can i ask, how long did it take for tom brown to get back to you on that, also do they HAVE to notify you that they'll be playing your mix? or can they just put in on whenever...thanks peeps! |

Awesome work Waxology, its great to know there are some places where trance is still alive (aka anywhere in the world but Brisbane and Canberra).
@Webmeister. It would be great to get a rip, but can't we just get the original from Waxology himself? Or do you want to get the Nova sound effects into it so that you know that it truly was a "live" set?
@TranceyAsh. That looks like an awesome set. Bit of a Ferry and Steve Helstrip fan I take it? :D I definitely love your track selection! Though, can I suggest to you that many of the DJing "purists" would frown heavily on mixing between the same artist? What the heck did you record a 134 minute set onto? The only thing I can think of is a DVD. :conf: |

Yeh the DJing purists can just F**K off. I'll mix what I like and when the time comes then I'll not mix between the same artists. Plus I don't have many more records to choose from. :(:(
I just recorded it straight into my computer then split it in half and burnt it.
I think I'm gonna go to bed and get up at 4am for Waxology's mix. Can't wait to hear another TA's mix! Should be awsome!

Well just before I went to bed I noticed this little button on my ripping software that says "Schedule" :)

Stupid nova - they were running late with the broadcast, so I set my software to keep ripping until 5:15 .. and I *still* missed the end of it :mad::mad::mad:
What was the last few tracks wax, my rip cuts out in the middle of Catch :mad:
Me likey set very muchly though .. talk to morro and see if u can get a set at Altitude :D |
