ok i've been reading up on the topic for the past 3 or 4 hours and have finally come to a conclusion. i am agianst the ICC. the views of henry kissinger influenced me the most, and i agree with his view http://www.thirdworldtraveler.com/K..._Juris_Kis.html
I hope you're read Kissinger's career manifest, which includes war crimes he alleged: deliberate initiation and concealment from Congress in the Vietname/Laos/Cambodia wars. He as been proven to abused his power. There are files still classified that the American public hasn't seen yet, let alone know his alleged corruptions.
I have given perspective on Kissinger's presumed *compassionate* statemans of foreign policy previously. His views in the link to me are laughable. The American public need total, 1000% disclosure on his true intentions. I've said before since 9/11 that something stinks of Kissinger. Lo and behold, Mr. Bush appoints *him* as chairman for the 9/11 inquiry.
Goes to show Kissinger is very much in power at level of governments that supersede the power of you-know-who.... hehe.
