hey all, i was wondering where i could find some detailed info on how to record audio from radio stations that stream their tunes / livesets on the internet.

Believe me, i tried searching the forums for this type of topic, but found nothing that would help me.

thanks

basically you get some recording software, install it, play the stream and record either master volume or mixed output and it records what you play ;)

is thier any particular software taht you would recomend? also, which would produce a better quality recording? master volume or mixed output?
CarlosM
U can use SoundForge for record that.

k thanks peeps for all the help! just one last question, is it possible to erase the skipping of the radio stream? cause that can be really buggy especially in a long live set!?
benfica88
shouldnt have a problem with skips. I used to stream and skipped when listening but not recording.

hmmm thats weird, im using sound forge and it picks up every skip from the stream, is ther anyway to fix this?
