How do you DJ with 2 soundcards?

I've had two soundcards in my PC for the longest time, but only recently I heard that you can use both at the same time and shoutcast your mix to others!
How does one do this?

| Actually you don't really need two soundcards. Just get the shoutcast plug-in for winamp. Mess around with it. You can stream using the winamp. |

several DJ progams allow you to DJ using either one sound card for monitoring, and one for output, OR one ofr each channel, (in this case, you use an external mixer to do the mixing part, much better)
if either of your cards if full duplex, it should be able to take back a line in out of either the output card, or the mixer output.
then you can use a shoutcase DSP plugin to broadcast this.
