this is an au.ta matter!
DO WE ACTUALLY NEED A MOD? OR DO WE FEEL THE PLUR BETTER THAN ANYWHERE ELSE? |

i honestly don't see how it can hurt, i dont think it will change anything. i just think it can be useful if something gets out of hand and maybe a thread needs to be closed, or we can make sticky threads.

I voted yes, cause stickys would be nice. But as long as the would-be moderator doesn't close the postwhore thread!!! :) Did you know it now represents over 10% of all Australian posts? |

I don't think a mod is truly necessary for this forum...I feel the PLUR
however, i think it would be useful for making sticky threads...
I don't think they would have to do much other than that for this forum! so i voted 'yes', even though i believe we feel the PLUR more than anyone else :)

Guys relax..
If I ever end up with mod status, very little will change.
Moderation is best when used in moderation.
I won't be deleting posts, locking threads and banning people at random - if it ever needs to be done it will be in full view of everyone and with clear reasons.
And yes, the postwhore thread stays :) |
