Do you like it when a dj is scratching?
I'm listening to Westbam @ Nature One 2002 at the moment and he's scratching all the time!

i voted yes, because scratching is very difficult, but it is only enjoyable in it's setting. like bad boy bill, is good at it, doesnt overdo it, and it goes perfectly with house. these other donkeys, doing it with trance, makes me ill. i saw johan gielen do it, i wanted to throw up. its ridiculous....

It's not the sound of Westbams scratching that counts, but the way he does it: with his elbow!!!

if the set has that style (ie not during push universal nation) abit of scratching for 15 seconds sounds pretty mint, but anything more than that or at over reg interfuls is too much.

Usually it's not that good, especially with trance music. Occasionally it can be alright as long as it's not done over and over again

In little amounts, or at the end of a set scratching is coo.

Scratching is only good at the ABSOLUTE end of a set.

I like scratching. Looks and is very impressive. As long as its pulled of good, and the DJ doesnt over do it.
