someone asked about my city, not my country..
well there are the 911 Porsche's for Highway patrols.. maybe the turbo ones too, not sure, In Munich and Bavaria, most police cars are BMW, I think 5-series (prolly 525 or 530). In Stuttgart, it is all Mercesdes, in Berlin all VW..
it all depends on what state you are in, as they support the local car manufacturer.. |

Whats a Vauxhall Mondeo?! j/k WE dont have a V70 police car, the Cops are still a generation behind and have the T5 Turbocharged Volvo. And as for Evo's and Impreza's the UK does not have them yet, but i reemeber reading in Autocar that they might phase in the impreza to the forces. On the other hand, I hear France has Impreza's in its traffic police. On the other hand, i've seen an Impreza Ambulance by Queen Mary's University Hospital in East London! I've seen 5 Series cop car, and when i was in Holland i saw a 911 as a police car. In my area there are a lot of Ford Focus's as well.
But generally, its usually Vauxhall (opel to the rest of Europe) Astra's, Vectras and Omega Estates. |

crown vic, impala, durango, whatever the full sized chev van is called, suburbans
then for the photo radar, anything domestic parked on the side of the road with a blacked out back mirror.
hit the highway and they have 2 camaros
but yea, none of its stock. they pretty much have modified corvette engines in them.(the crown vics and impalas) they tear like you wouldnt believe. |
