Evil Dead is the one with Bruce Cambell, the first couple were scary but then those ones where he went back in time to fight skeletons from a castle were stupid :p

Well theres like 3 or 4 of them you know. And I'm almost positive that it's an evil dead movie. I don't know, maybe it helps that I saw them for the first time when i was like 6 years old, so I don't find them scary at all?? lol |

We were soldiers...i watched that yesterday, good film, Mel's the man. I liked it because i like war films i guess, others i love, platoon..not seem metal jacket. Best war film of all time, saving private ryan IMO. Ar well thats offtopic.:)

| Apocalypse Now... fave parts - when they're cruising down the river, and Doors - The End is playin, or the part when they have the concert in the jungle, or the end part when they find the colonel (i think that's his rank). deadly movie! Full Metal Jacket is second, although its more a movie about the army, than about war. :wtf: |

Mine has got to be Platoon, then probably Apocalypse Now. Platoon is a damn fine 'Nam movie I tell ya. Oliver Stone is one hell of a director. Haven't seen Heaven & Earth but it sounds pretty interesting and and is also directed by Oliver Stone.
No one's mentioned Casualties of War yet. I must say this is also a very fine 'Nam movie. Micheal J Fox and Sean Penn the badass are terrific in this film. That scene where they kidnap, savagely rape and shoot down that Vietnamese girl still haunts me... |

mm.. saw full metal jacked last week and i impressed me a lot, but i didn;t like it as much as i liked platoon and good morning vietnam (this one really funny at times)..
a month ago i say we were soldiers, nice flick but not realistic, there it looks like the americans are winning.. but nice action flick.. |
