I have a sample cd (dancemega drums 2) and all the samples are in god dam wav files in batches !
Dos enyone know of a program or a way to extract the samples ?! :confused:
It will take me yars to sample them one by one...

Any good featured audio editor should do that.
Soundforge etc.
Goldwave is a good freeware one that converts to most formats. |

I think WavLab can do that , I heard there was a feature that removed all the silence and saved the audio into separate files.
but that's what I heard , so I*m not sure.

rip your sample cd as a wave file
then search the net for WaveKnife. its a small programm which will then extract every passage out of your waves, cuts its starting and ending silence... for me, it works great. |
