there are ways around it, if its not an IP ban he can just re-register, and even if it is he can use a proxy to mask his IP, depends what swamper has done to him, he sounded pretty pissed I wouldnt be suprised if he's entire subnet is banned :D
another forum i frequent has ppl being banned all the time, its full of maniacs, make this place look like kindergarden... |

if he hasnt got a static ip, an ip ban is useless(cause he gets new ip evertime he dials up), so some mods (on other forums) do the whole subnet if they are a real menace. |
