Camoflagued Mp3s Contain A Backdoor Beware

WATCH OUT! That camoflague thing you need to decode installs backdoors on your system EVERYTIME YOU PLAY HIS TRACKS.
Also note, that it CANNOT BE DELETED unless you go into the recovery console.
It installs a bunch of executables in your winnt/system32 directory and then runs them in the background.
I was wondering where the I was getting these from as I wasn't even downloading anything, then I remembered the camoflague thing (Which i was very suspicious of in the first place). Then I decided to "test" my theory, surely shortly after I placed one of his reconstructions (Ocean Lab - Beautiful (Signum Remix) I got the same files copied!!
Now this MAY NOT be his fault but rather the utility he was using to encode, nevertheless DO NOT DOWNLOAD.

Yea, I'm afaraid of this stuff, so i didnt install that program, but i remember someone else used it, not danceadict.

Hmm didnt know bout that, arg gonna look on my own pc aswell then, thanks for mentioning it.
My big excuses for it, I tried it a week myself (after I saw someone used it) it seemed to work ok, so I decided to use it so files wouldnt get deleted from a server that fast..
Thanks again for the info, I took all the files offline aswell. |

is that the thing that hides the fact its an mp3 ur downloading? turns into a jpg or smthin...
dawn is working on a program that does the same thing with a 'key' file. will b much safer... :) use that when its done |

Yeah its that program, from the outside it just looks like a jpg-file, you can even view the picture. The only thing that you can't camouflage is that its a picture of 10mb for example :p
Yeah I hope the serverbots will ignore these files aswell :) Can't wait till Dawn finished it!
Btw the 'funny' thing is music-eternity is using this camouflage software for their mp3sharing for some time allrdy.. |

| I got the reconstruction of Albinoni from the hub.. does that mean there's no problem, right? is the mp3 files in itself safe? |

seems okay for me in 98se. i've checked my registry in the usual places and there are no entries in the RUN sections.

what do you mean "everytime you play his tracks"? i only use camouflage to uncamouflage/extract the mp3 from the main file, not to play any tracks. |
