Lol, when we're talking about sicko movies, try some of the italian horror movies from the 70/80s, or even worse, some of the asian horror movies with the japanese Guinea Pig series being the worst.. That's some sick , not for the weak hearted (and stomached:p)

I don't think it's a movie actually (TV i think...), but my favorite is Stephen King's "IT" .

yeah, that part did it for me as well
it's the scariest part of the film *plays a trance-tune real loud in order to ban the sight from his mind*

Stephen King movies kicks ass!
Well , maybe not "Stand By Me".
"The Green Mile" and "The Shaw..(something:D) Redemption" are not scary, but all other ones kicks ass, except his own TV version of "The Shining", it's kinda boring.
