this is a song from around '94-'96. i heard it on a VA album. it has this laid back rolling bass riff with a female vocal that echoes througout the track, "rhythm is fundamental to the spirit". at the end of the song as it slowly fades out, an air raid siren starts to wail.
t. heckman's wicked "amphetamine" track was also on this VA cd i think. please help me id this song. if you can id the song and the album it was on, that would be even better? if i recall, there was another good tune either before or after the track that i need an id on. |

its Classic tune , I have heard it along time ago. There was Way Out west remix too btw, but original still better for me.
