Unbelieveable. That's about all I can say to anyone who didn't witness Timo's set last night. I was right at the front the whole night. The whole atmosphere was breathtaking. It was a very intimate appearance for Timo. Small club, not too many people, and if I reached out my hand, i could touch him. Hard to describe experience when you know this guy is gonna be so in huge. He played some unknown tracks, Smack My Bitch Up remix, and Another One Bites the Dust remix - along with Ubik, green velvet - Flash, deep cover - beatstalker, & riding on a storm. Hopefullly this set will be on the net, if it is... wait for around the 1 hour mark - Timo tries to sign my friend's t-shirt and forgets to start mixing in the next record.

I have to agree.. I loved his set... Very nice indeed... I'd see Timo over Oakenfold any day....

Uhmm... I would've had the first 70 minutes of the set since it was live to air on radio till 3am and he started spinning around 10 to 2.... but... I swear I set cooledit to record 3 hours but I guess the interface is lame..it recorded for 30 seconds.. what a pain in the ass... oh well.. first time I used it, won't make that mistake again

i just moved to toronto from calgary 2 months ago, and i am so happy i did. you would NEVER see the likes of Timo in a place like calgary. we had the chemical brothers go there once, and they vowed never to return to that hick-ville. that being said, i was in the front with muff2k for Timo, and am so glad i did. it was amazing to see one of the up and coming greats in such a personal setting. i tried my hardest to get him to wear my flashing neon orange sunglasses, but he wouldn't do it. oh well!!

this is the oldest thread I could find in TOTA. Just thought it should be back on page 1 where it belongs to discuss incase any of you were wishing you could have contributed to this thread but hadn't seen it around in a while. ;)
