That's not a skirt, that's a sweater tied on his hips...

| Well if it's a skirt then he/she is wearing pants under it...that was why I thought it was a guy (and the skirt was a sweatshirt tied around his waist) plus it loks like he has more traditional guy haircut and/or baseball cap. not to be stereotypical I'm just saying it's more likely a guy by the hair maybe? |
