Armin spoke the truth about "Sunburn" (pg. 2)

To me, Sunburn sounds like a song that's travelling along, but never gets where it's going, it just keeps on going. Sunburn isn't much more than filler, it's nothing you can build a set around.

well if armin admitted that he made the song in a few hours, then it obviously isnt 'meant' for .

well that doesnt really matter. Producers all over hav claimed to knocked tracks together in less than a day. And the fact that Armin already had the synths made up already made the process a whole lot quicker. Just coz a tune is made quickly dont mean its wank. I happen to like sunburn. Works well in most sets of diff styles imo.

I actually like the song, it's a song that seems like as if it doesn't have an end hehe :D

Sunburn is awesome i can't believe there are a lot of people who don't like it , just add some pitch to it and hear it in a louder sound system , i guarantee you're gonna jump like a mad

Which track was he working on?
10 bucks says Dust.wave :D

I still have trouble distinguishing dub.wave from Sunburn...

Yup, if you put the two right on top of one another they are a carbon copy (upto a point). I left my winamp on random play and after sunburn it played dub mix of dust.wav, I thought it had buggered up and played the same song twice!

Good thing :D It's always nice to see producers and DJ's answering questions themselves :)

Speaking of tracks produced in a very short amount of time, didn't Push (M.I.K.E.) make Universal Nation in under an hour? (If that's true.... wow. It's one of my three favorite tracks of all time.) Can anyone confirm/deny that story (I read a long time ago in a TA post).
