allright, I just signed up at brinkster.com, just for the posting of pics
I uploaded the pics, and then what??? What do you do now, I have absolutely no idea:( I am not so good with internet-stuff.

umm, well the idea of putting piccies on the server is so that u can show them eh?? :)
so, whenever u want to post a pic (say in these here forums), just use the [_img] command...
if u mean, how to access them...then the url is http://www20.brinkster.com/{username}/{file} |

I got that far allready, on the page you can look at the pic, the only problem is that I see a little "Infinity" (red cross:D) so I guess that doesn't work, but how does it work if that doesn't work

hmm...well if there's a picture of infin then that might mean that the file you uploaded got corrupted or something along the way. if you're sure that you uploaded that is.

| yeah, like Lynx said, prolly the file got corrupted...the other possibility is the server is down or busy...like that time in the babe of the week thread, the pics were down for a little while, but returned next time. |

I know what the problem was, the extensions were wrong
But here's my next problem.............
Take a look at my sig, it hops around and stuff, if I use a programm to change the background into black, it doesn't hop around anymore (get what I mean??)
The question is: What programm do I have to use to change the backgroundcolor, so that the Penguins hop around. I allready tried photoshop 3.0 and MS paint (only ones I have) and both didn't work :(
hope someone can help me with it....... |

ahh Blik afaik, photoshop & ms paint don't support animated gif files...i read they're also called .png files too.
i had the same problem, do a search on yahoo or any search engine for gif animators, there's a few around...sorry but i haven't had a look at any yet, so i'm not sure to recommend any.
i don't know the technicalities, maybe Lynx? but when u change the background to black and save it, it's only saving the first frame and discards the others...so u need a program that can read the animated files and you'll have to edit each frame, then you can save as animated gif...normal gif, but the program should recognise it has multiple frames and do so accordingly
