dennis hahn has been getting better and better lately. played some tracks that i knew, some that i didn't. cafe del mar (marco v remix) and the prophet were the highlights of his set for me. i know he played some other great tracks, i can't remember.
then spy-d and tygon came on. started with mauro picotto - hong kong. amazing. my fav mauro track, and they start off with it. the night was made for me after that. i was craving some tech-trance, and they delivered huge. in total, 4 marco v tracks were played that night, 3 by spy-d and tygon. the mutalisk, godd (:happy2: ) and indicator (:happy2: :gsmile: :crazy: :D :p :cool: :eyespop: ) which i requested :D also, jurgen fries - the theme (dumonde remix) and dumonde - can you dig it (:disbelief :disbelief :disbelief )
such an amazing night. spy-d and tygon played right till close, and even after they turned the lights off, they brought in a track to end it off with. the owner of the club was visibly pissed too.
so much fun. i partied it up with the russian massive again, hehe. trance nights are becoming an essential part of every month for me. they just keep getting better and better :D plus i got 2 free cds :) |

You got your count of Marco V tracks wrong:tongue2 They also played Marco V - Revolt, probably the hardest Marco V track and one of my favourites. According to Platipus, these guys started playing like this after they attended Marco V at Viva.
Overall a really great Trance night as usual.. I don't know how busy other Fresh Fridays are, but I'd say trance nights are pretty busy!
Platipus, it was nice to finally meet you man!
BTW, I soooo hate "CJ Bolland - Prophet" now. The reason: Tiesto :whip: It's just that during recent Tiesto show, as soon as I decided to go right in front of Tiesto, the guy puts on Prophet and starts to leave :( This has kind of stuck in my head as it really wasn't supposed to happen that way.. He should've played an hour more.. |
