it could be that they allocate only a certain amount per area, change the state to somewhere where you have a friend and know their address... |

after refreshing a couple times...the 'submit' button finally showed up.... then i tried for a straight 40 mins! and did't get it!:whip:
I mean c'mon....how many people from Louisiana would of actually beeten me to this.... *falls down in tears*...
