lol @ infin. yeah...it works flawlessly over here to...hmmm...i hope it's not your burner. heheh. i dunno. your running ME so it doesn't require special drivers for nero....nope.... |

| Nero worked perfectly fine with my comp that runs windows ME, i don't know which burner it was though.. (yes i just borrowed it for a day:() |

I'm glad I read this thread. Someone gave me a copy of Win ME but I haven't loaded it yet. Now, from the looks of it, I won't be loading it at all. I'm comfortable with Win 98 SE
so I guess I'll just hang with it for a while...I'm in no hurry to change. I've had pretty good luck with Fireburner. I haven't gotten any buffer underruns like you get with Easy CD Creator...I don't know how it runs on ME, though. |

I use NERO 5 which works perfect for me, no problemo here. I also use Easy CD creator 5 sometimes but I like NERO better.
BTW Win Me suxxxx big time

there is no easy cd version 5 yet
but 4.02d works in win2k
and as for win98 being the most stable... thats just crap
spend like $60 on 256mb of pc133 ram, install win2k, and thats the end of your probs
my machine will easily run for 2 weeks without problems since i went to 2000
98se peaked at like 8 days :(
just make sure you can get drivers for win2k...
my vid card had no me drivers so i never tested it :\
but i would def recommend 2k pro if you get a good amount of ram (at least 128mb) |
