pole folder is one of my favourites in 2003 and i hope they will be released a lot of great tracks like "dust", "planetary activity" and "we share". i love this style very much! |

Time for another award-winning review :D
A-side first, Planetary Activity. The track builds up to the breakdown with more sounds being added as it progresses. The breakdown itself is quiet and bassey with minimal sounds. After that, the track is totally spacey with a goa-ish effect in the backround and atmospheric synths, giving you the feeling of planetary activity occuring.
Moving on the the b-side, We Share. The track builds up the same way except it has a slight goa-ish sound repeating. The breakdown comes, and its quiet but more atmospheric than the a-side, and not bassey... very mysterious. Then, all the sounds come in at once. Its atmospheric and slightly goa-ish like the a-side but with a different pattern.
As usual no rating. But, these are both awesome progressive tracks. Cant say which one I prefer, they're both good and different. Pole Folder is a great upcomming artist. His stuff sounds very professional and evolved, better than your typical progressive. Look out for him next year. |
