Well, trance is getting more and more popular and prog-house is less popular than last year. Only the reall big prog names are popular.
And for sure trance is more popular than ever every where in the world. Prog music started in UK and now it's dead over there.
Techno? this is the more underground style but a bit more popular every year. Sorry for you prog lovers but I think you can count your days! :( |

ouch the man: biggy said it himself... progressive is on the verge of extinction :eek: no but seriously, i do like some progressive, but not in a club... maybe a lounge, but in a club its undanceable :(
i hope it bouces back cause man i just can't get enough of electronic music :D
and about timo mass, i wouldn't mind seeing him at aria :) the only tune i know of him is No-Trance and I LOVE IT :) (now don't kill because of my ignorance :D) |

Hey, it's not because I said proh-house is going down that I don't like prog! I am not a huge amateur of prog-house but still like it.
I like more the style of Danny Howells & Sander Kleinenberg more on the techo side (it's almost techno). |

First, Tiësto mixing skills are really good for a trance dj.
He's not Marco Carola or Adam Beyer but good.
Tiësto is more a dj than a producer.
Timo Maas is a really good dj too and he's not a producer.
The name of Timo Maas, is from the group of people that are producing and Timo didn't produce anything alone.
But he play really good stuff ! |
